In my nearly thirty years of practicing meditation I’ve had some deep and transcendent experiences, all of an internal and emotional variety. It’s amazing how we can travel in ourselves and through our imagination to different worlds and different planes of consciousness by reading a book or sitting on a cushion focusing on your breath. This set of tracks Traveling by Light is an allusion to just those kinds of experiences and hopefully the music and sounds takes you into a deep and positive experience.

The journey
into ourselves
unfolds
but only after
we take the first
step.
We have to meet
it half way,
but isn’t that the
age-old adage
about
faith.
Take the first
step,
travel into the
possibility that beckons.
As the pendulum
swings,
as yin
and yang,
and
sides of the same
coin
change our
path;
we go with
the step.
As a sage of
our time
once said:
